CSG's President, Regina Cates, is a Business and Organizational Development specialist, with primary focus on Fortune 500, technology, retail and entertainment entities. She previously had ownership interest and headed the U.S. office for an international satellite technology firm after earning an MBA in International Marketing and Finance.
Cates has held executive and management positions in Network Strategic Planning, Marketing, Sales and External Affairs -- at J.Walter Thompson Advertising, British Telecom, AT&T, BellSouth and The Southern Company. She holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Public Relations from The University of Georgia. Her experience and capabilities are quite diverse, ranging from Park Avenue to Corporate Circles to Beverly Hills. She has worked as an Executive Coach to top leadership in the U.S., winning acclaim as a turnaround artist and change agent. She also represents her clients as a 'Brand Ambassador.'
On the technical front, she has spent 20 years as a 'technologist' gaining extensive experience from Bell Labs and space and technical entities during her career. She has service and hardware experience in wireline, wireless/mobile and satellite multimedia solutions. She stays close to global, leading edge and innovative technological entities and product migration paths.
On the creative front, she has taken experience in design, retail branding, marketing, PR and sales to new levels across a diverse set of entities -- from commercial ... to storefront ... to entertainment ... and not for profit. Applying a unique set of value-based consultative principles she has created, her client list continues to flourish.
Cates serves on the Board of Directors for Calian U.S. Ltd. and Georgia Special Olympics. She also has supported the J/P Haitian Relief Organization (now CORE), founded and led by Sean Penn, since the earthquake in 2010.
